RESOLUTIOI'J NO. 76-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ADMIIJI$TRATION TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT TO P .R , b S .. INC . FOR THE
FOREST DRIVE WATER LINE PROJECT SUBJECT TO FINAL ACCEPTANCE BY THE
CITY.
WHEREAS, the Forest Drive Water Line Project is substantially complete, and
WHEREAS , action by the Council is necessary to make payment to the contractor .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska,
that the City Administrator is hereby authorized to make payment to P . R . b S . , Inc .
in the amount of X98,333 to cover the original contract amount for the Forest Drive
Water Line Project of;81,933 and Change Order No. 1 for 59,200 and Change Order
No. 2 for ;7,200 proMded that such payment shall not be made until the project is
finally accepted by the City Manager in accordance with the terms of the contract.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska, this 6th day of October, 1976.
