RESOLtTION NO. 76-63
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI AUTHORIZING
CiriANGE ORDER $1 TO THE EDA WATER WELL/TRANSMISSION LINF. CON-
STRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the initial design of the transmission line phase of the well/transmission
lice project called fora 60 foot pass- through casing for the crossing of the Kenai
$pur Highway, and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska has required a 120 toot pass-through casing to meet
future, contemplated road widening of the Kenai t3pur Highway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska
that the City Administrator is authorized to execute Change order ~1 in the
amount of X12,000 to enable compliance with requirements of the State of Alaska,
Department of Highways .
AND BE IT RESOLVED that the City Administrator is directed to request approval
of said Change Order #1 by the Economic Development Administration and that the
Economic Development Administration authorize said;l2 , 000 be reallocated
from Contingency to Construction .
