A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO REJECT ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR TINKER LANE SEWER
EXTENSION PROJECT .
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai received bids far the Tinker Lane Sewer Extension
Project, and
Whereas. all bids received were in excess of funds available to support
such a project.
NOW. THEREFa7RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska,
that the City Manager is hereby authorized to reject all bids received for the
Tinker Lane Sewer Extension Project.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska this 17th day of November, 1976.
