CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 76-76
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING
CHANGE ORDER #2 TO THE EDA WATER WELL/TRANSMISSION LINE CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Alarm Reporter System originally specified in the contract is no
longer authorized under FCC regulations, and
WHEREAS, such specified Alarm Reporter System has been superseded by another
Alarm Reporter System which is compatible with the existing City of Kenai Public
Safety Communications Center Console, and
WHEREAS, the change in Alarm Reporter Syrttems will result in an additional
cost of X13,461.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska,
as follows:
Section 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
Change Order #2 in the amount of X13,461.00.
Section 2: The City Manager is hereby directed to request
approval of said Change Order #2 by the Economic Development
Administration and authorination for said E13 ,461.00 to be re-
allocated from Contingency to Construction .
PASSED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska, this 17th day of November,
1876 .
