RESOLUTION NO. 76-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, ACCEPTING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $38,150, INCREASING THE STATE OF
ALASKA, DEPARTMENT 9F ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION'S SHARE TO
$347,900 FOR THE KENAI WATER SYSTEM EXPANSION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, in accordance with AS 46.03.030, Governor Hammond has authorized
an additional grant of State funds not to exceed $38,150 to be applied to the financing of the
Kenai Water System Expansion Project, and
WHEREAS, this offer in~areases the State grant to $347,900, which represents
one-half of the estimated eligible non-federally financed project costs, and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation requests
that these funds be formally accepted by the Council of the City of Kenai.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska,
that:
the additional funds in the amount of $38,150, increasing the
State of Alaska's, Department of Environmental Conservation,
share to $347,900 for the Kenai Water System Expansion project
be hereby accepted.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska this 17th day of November, 1976.
