CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. ?6-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, SETTING
FEES FOR THE SALE OF BUDGET DOCUMENTS AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS .
WHEREI-3, the City of Kenai is experiencing increasing costs for the reproduction
for these documents, and
WHERiEAS , the Council finds that it is preferable to recover these costs from
individuals requesting copies of these documents rather than the public at large.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska,
that a fee of X3.00 shall be charged for copies of Annual Budgets and Financial
Statements, except that no fee shall be charged for copies distributed to City
personnel , City Council and any governmental entity .
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 15th daV of
