RESOLUTION NO. 76-99
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI. ALASKA, THAT
#1,000 FROM THE STREET PORTION OF THE 1974 REFUNDED BOrTD ISSUF. BE
ALLOCATED FOR EQUIPMENT RENTe1L
WHEREAS , the necessity exists to determine the economic feasibility of establishing
a gravel pit on City owned lands , and
WHEREAS , rental of equipment required 20 do the excavating for this determination
would cost approximatelq ~1, 000 , and
WHEREAS , monies are available in the street portion of the 1974 Refunded Bond
Issue .
` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA , that sl , 000 of the monies available for streets in the 1974 Refunded Bond
~ Issue be allocated for equipment rental to determine the feasibility of establishing
~ a gravel pit an City owned lands .
