WHEREAS, the Council of the City oP Renal has found the f~Howing area within the City
limits, wittc the exceptions noted hereafter, to be a proper place for the discharge of
Sirearms.
NOW, THBREFORE, BE IT BESOLVED by the Council of the City of Renal, Alaska, as
follows:
Section 1. A shotgun may be discharged within an area which is described
es follows, with those exception set out in Section 2:
Beginning at a point which is the intersection oP the Renal
Sgur end the southerly City limits approximatelp Mite 4,
then northwest along the westerlq edge of the Renal Spur to
the interseetioa oY the Reaaf Spur and Lupine Drive, then west
along a ifrte drawn i® Beaver Loop 1?oad which interaecta the
southerly end of Wilson Court, thence southwesterly from the
intere~tton of such Iitte and Beaver Loop Road along Beaver
Loop Road to Cunningham Perk, thence south crossing the Ream
River to the south bank, thence along such bank of the Kenat
B.iver uperi°eam to that point where the river crosses the City
limits, thence north and then east along the City limits line to
the point of beginning.

Section 2. It shall be unlawful to discharge a firearm at any point which
is within 199 yards of a residential or commercial structure or of a maintained
street or highway.
