A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP RENAL. AT.ASRA. DRSIt€NATINO
A CERTAIN PLACE WITHIN THH CITY LIIdITS AS BEDIG A PROPER PLACE POR THE

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Renei is enacting Ordinance No. 262-75 which
d~tares that it shell be unlawful for sny person to discharge a firearm in enq place
within the City limits other than in en area specifically tad by Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Renal, purauan4 to Ordinance 262-75 may designate
by resolution erase or places within the City limits where a firearm may be dieeharged,
and
S, the Council of the City of Renal has found the following area within the City
limits, with the exceptions noted hereafter, to be a proper place for the discharge of
Srearma.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE LT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Renal, Alaska, as
follows:
Section 1. A firearm may be discharged within that area which is bounded

Beginning at a point which i8 the intersection of the Renal
Spur and the southerly City limits approximately Mite 4,
then northwest along the westerly edge of the Renal Spur to
the intm~section of the Renal Spur and Lupine Drive, then west
along a line drawn to Beaver Loop Road which intersects the
southerly end of Wilson Court. thence southwest+xrly from the
intersection of such Line end Beaver Loop Road etong Beaver
Loop Road to Cunningham Park. thencse south crossing the Renal
River W the south bank, thence along such bank of the Renal
haver upniream io `a`lai point where the river Drosses the City
limits, thence north and then east akmg the City limits line to
the point of beghnning.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful W discharge a firearm at any point which
is within 100 Bards of a residential or oommereiel structure or of a maitttaiaed
street or highway.
