.A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING SIGNATURk
OF CONTRACT AND RATIFICATION OF AL1. PRIOR SUBMITTALS AND EXECUTION
OF DOCUMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KENAI SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT,
WPC ALASKA 33.
WHEREAS, the contract agreement for construction of Kenai's
Sewage Treatment Plant, WPC Alaska 33, required final execution
prior to March 31, 1972, and
WHEREAS, the Assistant City Manager, in the absence of the City
Manager, signed and executed this agreement, and
WHEREAS, it would be to the advantage of the City of Kenai to
ratify all prior submittals and execution of documents concerning
project WPC Alaska 33.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED:
That the City of Kenai, hereby authorized Bruce A. Massey, Assis;.ant _
City Aianager, to sign the contract for construction of Kenai's Sewage
Treatment Plant, WPC Alaska 33, and does hereby ratify all prior
submittals and execution of documents concerning WPC Alaska 33 on
the passage of this resolution. •
