CITY OF KF.NAI RF.SOLUTION 71-26
AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF ENGINEERS ADAMS, CORTHELI~, LEE, WINCE &
ASSOCIATES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS AND BID DOCUMENTS ON
(1) KENAI AIRPORT, AND (2) KENAI WATER & SEWER.
WHEii'r;A~, the voters of the City of Kenai, on the 25th day of May, 1971,
authorized the obligation of the City of Kenai in order to secure funds to
construct and make improvements on Airport and Water and Sewer system
with appropriate complementary funding provisions,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA:
1. That the City Manager be authorized to employ ADAMS, CORTHELL,LEE
WINCE & ASSOCIATES, an engineering firm maintaining their main office „
b~ing A~nchorage, Alaska, as the engineer to prepare required specifica-
tions and bid documents for:
(a) Airport improvements and construction
(b) Water and Sewer Facilities
2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute such contract as is
~ customary and legal for the employment of said architect after sub-
mission of the contract to the Council for its approval.
