i8iereas further review of the application of the City of Kenai for
assistance on installation of sewage facilities bars determined the
application hoes nit conform to State law;
t~ereas, further review of the application of the City of `'enai for as
assistance in installation of a water su?~ply and distributYon has re-
vealed that the said application fails to conform with State lair;
NOW ~F'ORE TIC CITY COUNCIL OF KENAI, A1.l~SKA RESOLVES:
1. That application fir Sewage Facilities known erg honsiasg and Herne
Finance Project Igo. ?0b2 be amended by deleting all proposed financing
of the said pro3ect by assessment bonds and consolidating all of the
said financing in the general obligation bonding to ue authorized by the
vote of the people of the City of Kenai.
2. That application for Water Supply and Mstribution; known as housing
and Home Finance Project No. 3063 be amended by deleting all of the state-
sents i.a the said application providing for rep~rment of the loans by
assessm+errt bonds end consolidation all such poricion previousl,}r shown as
assessment bonds in the portion to be repaid by general obligation bond-
ing to be authorized by ~-oteoY the people oP the City of Kenai.
