has declared that all fixtures to real property s~~all be taxable as
real property; and
~~EREAS, it is in the public interr~st that ta-r. policies
should be pursued ~•~hich shall most equitably spread the impact of
taxation over all persons receiving services fror.^. the City of Kenai,
Alaska; and

NO1•~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tke City Council of the
City of Kenai, Alaska as follows:
1. That the City Council finds it is in the public interest
to tax house trailers in order to avoid discrimination and fully intple-
mert the public programs of the City of 1Cenai, Alaska. ~~ ~~~~
2. That all house trailers located ~itKin the City limits ~
of the City of Kenai, Alaska, and utilized for human habitation fora °'
period exceeding 30 days, are found to be fixtures to real property.
3. 'T'hat taxation of said house trailers 9.s best imple-
mented by compliance with the ordinance PIo. 8 and the City G1erk is
hereby directed to accomplish such assessment.
4. Trgt notice of assessment shall be sent out to all
o~mers of ~~ouse trailers located within the city limits of the City
of Kenai, Alaska.
