That Kenai Garbage Service hereinafter :ailed "Service" be authorized as the refuse collector for the City of Kenai, Alaska for refuse and garbage commencing Stb day of August, 1962 and ending 15th day of biay, 1963. 2. That after 8th day of August, 1962, it shall be the duty of every person to dispose of sefuae and arrange for periodic refuse collection within the City of Kenai, Alaska as follows: (a) Contracting for refuse collection with the Service authorized by the City. (b) Providing a stematic and, eriodic collection and disposal by the indiv dual person, aim ley, or business producing refuse whicb shall be disposed of by dumping at the City dump. (c) Disposal of refuse may be accomplished by burying the refu::~ on premises owned by the person or organisation electing tbia manner of sefuae disposal. 3.
