WHBRBAS, the City of Kenai, Alaska bas enacted Ordinance No, 24, pertaining to refuse disposal= and WHBRPAS~ Myron Cronce, d/b/a Kenai Garbage Service, hoidef of an Alaska Public Service Permit, has applied pursuant to said ordingnoe, NOW THER8FOR8, the Council of the City of Kenai resoivess i. That the application of• Myron Cronce, dated 13 May 1962 and an fife with the City of Kenai, Alaska is hereby approved, except as modified by thin resolution. 2. A temporary permit for operation of the dump, having been granted to Myron Cronce, it is hereby confirmed that the term of such permit absii extend for one yeas from 15 day of May, 1962. A copy of thin resolution abaci constitute the permanent permit, upon payment of $25.00 as a permit fee. 3. The city dump to be operated pursuant to the permit granted hereby, shall be operated in accordance with health regulations of the Division of Health of the Alaska Department of Health and Welfare or City of Kenai, Alaska Mhicbever sequire~ent may apply. The dump absii be maintained so that buildings sad en- closures are clean arb neat appearing. 4. The acid city dump shall be open for public use betxeen the hours of is00 P.M, and 7s00 P,M. Tuesday and Saturday of. each Heck during the time from passage of this resolution to 1 November, 1962. The rates to be chssged to users of the dump are hereby eatabiiabed as foiloKSs (a) Por each load dumped, a minimum charge of $1.00 abaci apply for the quantity of refuse Mbicb may be contained in a i/2 ton pickup truck. (b) A charge of $2.00 absii be made for such quantity of refuse hauled by a vehicle larger than a 1/2 ton pickup truck, and up to and including a i~ ton truck. (e) A charge of $2,50 absii be made for a load of refuse hauled in any conveyance larger than a 1~ ton truck. (d) $10.00 absii be charged for dumping of any and ail car bodies.
