WHEREAS, Manley D. LTolfe, d/b/a Stan's Cab and Wrecker
Service, has applied for a Certificate of Publi.: Convenience and
Necessity to operas:e as a lim~~usine serving passengers departing
on, or arriving on, certificated nix carriers landing at Kenai
Airport, Alaska; and
WHEREAS, pursuan+c to Chapter 9a, SL1 1949, c_+_~c•~renep of
the effected comA-unitiea a2ust be signified by a majority vote of their
city councils,
THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Kenai , Alaska:
1. Concurrence in the order issuing a certificate ~f
public convenience and necessity, temporary, to Stanley D. Wolfe,
is hereby granted.
2. Concurrence in issuance of a certificate of Convenience
and Necessity, permanent, to Stanley D. Wolfe, is hereby granted on
the condition that said permanent certificate shall conform to the
temporary certificate under which Stanley D. 4Tolfe is presently
operating.
3. This Resolution approved by Voting favor,
of a memberbhip of ~ on the Council.
