Alaska:
1. 'T'hat the budget prepared for I:E.nai City bight, a department
of the Jity of 1Cenai, for the period 17. August 1963, through 30 June
1964, be and hereby is adopted as the official budget for said organi-
zation~ a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
2. That any expenditure not conformi~:g to said budget shall be
deemed unauthorized by the City Council of ICenai, Alaska.
3. Any chanties in the budget required by actual operations in
the operation of Kenai City Light shall be accowplished oily with the
prior, formal approval of the City Council.
