plat, and a final plats both of 8 id pieta having been approved sad recoa-
mended by the Planning Commission, and
WE~R8A3, the City Council has received for ratification, the
favorsbie recommendations of the Planning Commission reviewing said plat,
NOW TI~REPCIRB, the City of I+enai, Alaska resoivess
i. The action of the Planning Commission is hereby ratified
frith respect to the approval of the pieta submitted by

2. The Council hereby accepts all streets, alleys, easeaieats, or
other public trays, parka or other open spaces dedicated to public purposes
as indicated on such plat.
3. That the said plat is hereby found to comply tritb the
Subdivision Control Ordinance, (Ordinance No, ii) of the City of Yenai,
Alaska.
