WHEA~A9, the City of Kenai gooepted an offer from the
United SLater Government for an advance for preparation of
planning dooument• pertaining to a publio work described as
oonrtruotion of an airport terminal building, approaches
automobile parking and neoersary extensions of utilities; and
WHErtEA9, Eugene d. Aogus~ka, Aviation Consultant,
Arthur H. Eunnell, Arohiteot, and Harold H. aalliete, Engineer,
Mere engaged to prepare the planning doouments for the afore-
said publio cork, and said aviation oonrultant, arohiteot
and engineer have oompleted documents and submitted them for
approval; and

planning of the publio rock essential to the oommunity and

No. P-Alaska-3106 be and the same sire hereby approved; and
that oertified oopies of this resolution be filed rith the
Housing and Home yinanoe AEenoy.
