Aogus~ka, Aviation Consultant, Arthur H. Eunnell, Arohiteot, and Harold H. aalliete, Engineer, Mere engaged to prepare the planning doouments for the afore- said publio cork, and said aviation oonrultant, arohiteot and engineer have oompleted documents and submitted them for approval; and wHEftEAB, the oompleted planningg doouments have been oaretl~lly studied rwd are oonsideren to oomprise adequate planning of the publio rock essential to the oommunity and rithin the linanof.ai ability of the City of Kenai to oonstruot; liOW, THEr~?DIRE, be it resolved by Council, the governing body of said spplioant, that the planning doouments submitted b7 Eugene d.
