That the Project Application for a project in the amount of 6132.000 is approved; and 2. That James tV. Harrison, City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized to execute said Project Application for the City of Kenai, and, 3. That James iY. Harrison, City Manager, be and he is hereby directed to furnish such information as may reasonably be required by the Federal Aviation Agency in connection with said application, and 4. That James W. Iarrison, City Manager, be and he is hereby designated as the authorized representative of the Sponsor for all communications.
