plat, and a final plat, both of said plats having been approved and recosi-
mended by the Planning Commiaaica, and

favorable recommendations of the Planning Commission reviewing said plat,

1. The action of the Planning Commission is hereby ratified
with respect to the approval of the pihts submitted by
