RESOLUTION 66-39
RES0LUTION CERTIFYING THE RENTAL RATFS TO BE CHARGED FOR LEl.SE OCCUPANCY
OF SPACE INSIDE THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City oP Kenai bas now basically completed the Kenai Municipal
Air Terminal Building; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire that reasonable rates be established Por the
purpose oP securing leases Por occupancy inside the Terminal Building,

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to Pfrmly establish these

NOW THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oP the City oP Kenai,
Alaska, tbsts

the folloxing rates for rental space inside the Terminal Building.

b. Coffee Sbop - $ .30 per square Poot per month
