issuance of general obligation bonds of the City of Rensi to
finance the<eevage collection and•distribution system on 28 FAbr~iary

and welfare of the reeideats of the City of Kenai to undertake
an extension of

which are on file with the City Clerk.
AND WHEREAS, the Garter of the City of Kenai permits impr~vetinAnts
to be established on the initiative of the City Council and tha Citizens
NOh~ THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Kenai hereby re~~lved
(1) Tt is hereby determined to bs in the interest of the
Health and Welfare o! the citizens of Kenai to install the sawe3e

extension in an area designated seuar ia-prove~aent district tic+.,,~ .,
generblly described above. j
(2) It is determined that the area described herein or mores
particularly described on a plat of the said area, constitutes ~
the desirable extent of the extensions.
(3) It is determined that the oosts of this project shall be
raid in their entirety by the benefited properties.

as indicated on the above described plans which are on file.
