WHEREAS, in 19G4 there was adopted a formal set of regulations as authorized in 2~.G0.010, Alaska statutes and Oruinances fyo. 48, Section 4, of the Code of Oruinances of the City of Kenai: anc; trJHEREAS, it now appears these regulations need to be updated; i•~041 TIIEREfORE THE CITY OF KE~.AI, ALASKA, RESOLVES: 1. That the said Airport Regulations shall be changed as follows: 700.04 LAhIDIt~G FEES. Delete and replace with: A. There shall be a landing fee of twenty (20) cents per thousand pounds of weight on aircraft with a certificated gross takeoff weight of 6000 -pounds' or over. B. There shall be no landing fee for aircraft under 6,000 pounds certificated gross takeoff weight. C. Scheduled Airlines using the Kenai Airport 6,000 pounds certificated gross takeoff weight port showing the total number of landings made month. Persons using the airport for commercial purposes with aircraft over 6,000 pounds certificated gross takeoff weight on an irregular basis (less than an average of two landings per month) shall pay the landing fee no more than 15 days after such landing. F. Exceptions to charges. The following aircraft shall not be sub3ect to landing fees. 1. Privately owned aircraft of any size not engaged in com- 1 martial or charter service. 2. Aircraft engaged in test flight (not including survey and proving runs). 3. Aircraft compelled to return after takeoff. 4.
