approximately 11:31 a.m. in the Green Room of the Kenai Senior
Citizens Center.

Roll was taken by the City Clerk. Those present were: Monfor,
Swarner, O'Reilly, and Smalley. Absent were: Williams, Walker, «
and Measles.

Councilman Smalley MOVED for approval of the agenda. Linda
Swarner SECONDED the motion and requested UNANIMOUS CONSENT.
