1. Review and Discussion of the Terms of an Employment Agreement Extension for
the City Manager which Pursuant to AS 44.62.310(C)(2) May be a Subject that
Tends to Prejudice the Reputation and Character of the Applicant and per AS
44.62.310(c)(1) is a Matter of which the Immediate Knowledge may have an
Adverse Effect Upon the Finances of the City.
