H= CALL Present: Ron Malston, Ray Measles, Tom Wagoner, Vincent O=may, Jess Hall Absents Betty Glick (ewaused), Dick Mueller (esccused) 2. Ordinance 672-81 - Increasing Rev/Appns, Sewer Treatment Plant Cossstructivn - Purchase of Land MOTI MS Councilman Measles moved, seconded by Councilman Malston, to introduce the ordinance. City Manager Brighton reviewed the background of the ordinance. This was the price they arrived at, plus splitting the closin oosts. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote. MC =-. Councilman Malston moved, seconded by Councilman Wagmier, to have the 2nd reading this date (April 21, 1981). Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote. MMD=s Councilmen Malston moved, seconded by CounciLnan Measles, to adopt the ordinance. There was no public comment. Motion pas---cd unanimously by roll call vote. 3. Mayor O'Reilly reviewed letters to Gov. Hammond and Representative Duncan regarding municipal assistance and revenue sharing for Council approval. Council approved the letters as written. 4. City Manager Brighton noted Homer Electric Assoc. is having an election. He needed writtai authorization from the Council to represent the City and cast a vote. City Manager Bricfi*m said he would like to have a speaker come to Council and explain the emergency aabilance service district plan. There are many new fire buildings being proposed, this would save MMW* Council agreed to ask a representative to speak to the Council. 6. Councia--Ci:: #Aiston toted the maw distributed at the meeting frm the Cha*err of Circe. Council and Planning & Zoning ma*erz are invited to attend the tour April 24, 1901.
