SPECIAL MEETING - KENAI CITY COUNCIL
MAY 12, 1977 - 8:30 P.M.

CALL TO ORDER
A. ROLL CALL
Present: James 71son, Tom Aekerly, Pd Ambarian,
Betty Glick, Richard Morgan and Walter Sweet
Absent: Dan Whelan
B. NEW BUSINESS
B-1: Appointment of Election Judges
Mayor Elson advised that the Special Meeting had been called
in order to ratify the appointment of the election judges for
the up -coming Special Election to be held on Tueday, May l7th.
The Clerk presented the following names of those individuals
selected to serve as election chairmen and judges for the election: �y
Kenai Precinct #1
Mrs. Prances Meeks, Chairman
Mrs. Betty Osborn
Mrs. (irate Cole
Kenai Precinct #2 ;
Mrs. Vivian Raymond, Chairman
Mrs. Louise Carter
Mrs. Jeanette Neel `
Kenai Precinct 03
Mrs. Viola Williamson, Chairman
Mrs. Lillian Zane
Mrs. Louise Rhodes
MOTION:
Councilman Sweet moved, seconded by Councilman Ambarian,
that the list of judges as presented be hereby appointed for
the up -corning Special Election to be held Tuesday, May 17, 1977.
Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
ADJOURN
There being no further business of the Kenai City Council,
Mayor Elson adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:35 p.m.
