Members present - Bob Biolfold, Choste.r Cone, Billy McCann, Florine McCollum and
Mayor James G. Dye; mombors absent - ,John Hulien and Carl Seaman.

Council, Fn!!ineors and Contractor talked over the Project in General as the purposo
of the meeting was Pay Fstimate 113, FDA Project 1107-1-00271 in the amour_ of
$247,552.29.
t;alliott said he will present a resume of all change orders to Council in a
week or so an they will have a comprehensive picture of the changes.
There is nothing in this pay estimate that is not in the contract; however,
tho City Manager wants to be sure there is a reckoning on gravel used from the City
on the fills across the ravines; the oentract names a cost mid Harrison says the
gravel furnished by the City should bo deleted from theso costs; Galli.ett nays this
will be figured at the end of the job.
Water is now available on Birch, First. Fourth, Forest Drive from Covinnton's
Corner to Fathom Drive. and Cottonwood to catholic Church.
Sewer is available from the treatment plant to Forest Drive to Covington's
Corner, Cottonwood from the beach past Catholic Chirch to First to Birch Dr. to Sth.
Harrison says the Anchora Trailer Court should be tied in before freeze -tip if possible.
There are no laterals off Birch Ur. with sewer.
In the townsite, W4S is on Riverview, Marine, stubs on Overland and part of
Alaska, but tho dirt work is not done and can't be done while the. bad weather holds.
The Lorenzo driveway is done, but needs gravel.
Galliett says the cheapest way to put in laterals on Birch [Jr. area is tin,
run the lines from First straight North. There was some discussion on this as to
rights -of -way being available, ote.
Mayor Dye thanked Tyra for pushing the job as much as they have to pet in
as much as possible before cold weather; the City appreciates their effort and if
any financial loss is involved it is hoped the next phase of the Project next Spring
will make up the losses.
There will he only a small force working this winter.
Bielefeld moved, Cone seconded, to authorize payment of Pay Est. # 3 in the
amount of $247.552.29 to National Mechanical Contractors, Inc. Motion carried unan-
imously.
