MINUTES - BID OPENING, PHASE II, AS SYS11A - CRAP 28 November, 1966
2:00 p.m.
Present: City Manager, James if. Harrison; Engineer, Frank 0. Wince,
Adams, Corthell, Lee, Wince $ Associates; C%ty Clerk, Frances Torkilsen.
City Mgr. Harrison announced the bids would be opened, tabulated and
suomitted to the Engineer for analysis. The bids would then be re-
ported to Council with the Administration's and the Engineer's recom-
mendations. A determination should be made at the next City Council
Meeting on 7 December, 1966.
Tabulation sheets wore distributed to the audience. Harrison then
opened the bids which were as follows:
