FAA has approved nronosals to sel Lots 1,2,3,6, 7 and maybe 8; Lots 3, and 9 to 13
should be leased, according too FAA thinking. Roguszka comnared evaluations and
market prices on lands across the road from Lot 6, and arrived at a figure of
$15,000 as an equitable price. There was some discussion on the State Law limiting
sale of lands over S5000 valuation without permission fram the electorate. Roquszk
pointed out this limitation applies to land held for public aurooses, and FAA had
declared this land no longer nesded for Airport purposes, and had released S0 acres
for disposal by rental or sale. Also, a precedent has been established when Title
Insurance was granted for the land the Motel is on --value, $20,000. Seaman moved,
