PERSONS SGIEDULED TO BIi BEARD: "Bud" Cupps - transference of liquor license from
flallstead to Cupps; Trooper has been alerted -says he can have his material
available for hearing 17 of April if Council wishes. Notified Kuchta, but
no answer as yet.

NEW BUSINESS:
1st Federal Savings $ Loan wants to know who the Trustee shall be for
the City's accounts?? Shall it be Clerk and/or Mayor Councilman's signa-
tures, the same as the checks??? Thus far, we have Trust Acct. #1 for
$10,000.00 and Trust Acct. #2 for $5,000.00. plus Trust Acct. #3 for
$5,992.81.
