Motion passed unanimously. + .Notice of the special meeting was Riven to all mem'oers of Council at the reQula r public meeting on Wednesday 2 October 1963 and was concurred by unanimous consent of Council. Instructions were issued by the Mayor that the written and signed call of the special meeting be filed with these minutes. Mr. Knackstedt moved, Swires seconded, since the public interest justifies calling a special emergency meeting, that the Council assemble in special session immediately. - '•btion passed unanimously. Ordinance #52, Providing for a Special Election on Whether or `lot to Issue Revenue Bonds for Water and Sewer Systems, was read by Atty. .Tames E. Fisher.with amendments. Mr. Swires moved, Morin seconded, to accept ordinance #52 as read. The said special emergency meeting is being held at-•��_PM on 3 October 1963 at the City Administration Building, in Kenai, Alaska and is called on less than 48 hours notice, by unanimous consent of the Mayor and all members of the City Council. That an emergency special meeting is justified and in the public interest for the purpose of passing an emergency ordinance to authorize issuance of revenue bonds for construction of water and sewer facilities within the city limits of Kenai, Alaska.
