Letter to Congressional Delegation, "ashineton, was presented for Council perusal. i Mr. Leo Oberts addressed Council (Order of Business suspended with consent of Council) re insurance coverage for the coming year. 11orkmen's Compensation and Liability Ins. was discussed, also coverage of State Trooper working for the City. M,r. OLerts stated the City's policies cover anything the City might be exposed to; also the City is establishing, an experience rating which should result in reduced rates next year. Clerk reported Roy Jenkins will be in Kenai Wed., 19 Doe to talk with the Chamber of Com- merce at noon and can stay over to meet with Council that night if desired; State asses- sor Bob Oozier suggested trailers might Le taxed if they are connected to sewer, water r and electricity; Trooper had received a clearance on :lr.
