Bill from Aviation Service for UMO road. Motion nade by Cone to nay the bill.
Motion seconded by Jones. Motion passed unanimously.
Letters bead fror: the city attorney. After discuseinn it vas-lecided that vapor
Swanson would can the attorney for advice and if neeesenry ask that he atlend
the nests executive meeting of the council.
Mayor Swanson announced the appointment of Al T'unson, Phil An»ici# Mac VeGahan,
Glen Ki-vp and Leo Oberts as members of the evaluation board and ask the courcills
apnroval. Motion to amrove the members of the board was made by Cone, seconded
by Kayos. Motion naasbd unanimously.
An Ordinance adopting rules and r- ulathana and establishftg nroeedures for
Municipal elections was intaadueed by councilman Morgan and was reseed on far et
reading unanimously. An amendment to the ordimnes was rnesented and passed
unanimously to change the date of the election to read "annually on the 2nd
Tuesday of Nor and in Sac. 39 — (a) to delete the words *on the let Wednesday*
and substitute *on the lot Tuesday.*
An ordlMnee ad0rUng and enacting a traffic code of the City of Kenai, Alaska
was introduced by councilman Cone and Morgan and was passed on first reading vith
Counoi]man Jones, Carl Swanson, Hayes# CT and Horgan voting in favor and no
opposition votes cant. ) , I 1 4 " . , ', / ,
