SUBJECT: Flower layout in planters and beds
This year Parks and Recreation is trying a new color theme for our flower order. The colors we
are attempting in our planters are red, white, and blue. The Parks Staff has an idea of what they
think will look optimal in each bed and want feedback from the committee.
