Due to the heavy use within the last six to eigh~ months., the need for
establishing some guidelines and direction whethe~ temporary or long.-~erm
is necessary,
The Committee discussed placing a fence around the perimeter of the
cemetery.
MOTION:
Committee Member C. Wood moved lo recommend that the useable land be
platted into 5'X10' gravesltes and fenced., seconded by J. Wood
VOTE:
Motion passed unanimously.
MOTION:
Committee Membe~ C. Wood moved lo ~ecommend the following charges fo~
.gravesites:
Adult $150 (5' XIO' )
Children $ ?5.
Cremation $ 50.
Opening & Closing., and Overtime & Hollday cha~ges to be
established at a laker date
