Minutes of September meeting/read and approved as corrected.
Corrections: Jail = $7,000 $5,000 books/S2,000 clerical. 6a,
Public library grant = $5,000. 6b, ten per average day. 6d, Poster
to advertise for volunteers. 8, City personnel classification study

Commissioner Emery moved to take "fine" motion off table

people from working off fines, second

November calendar
Library hours (Sat 8' 30 - 5'00)
MOTION-
At the Librarians'suggestion, Commissioner Smalley moved library be
opened 8'30 - 5-00 Saturday. Emily will take Wednesday off and be
the additional staff person. This will involve no additional cost
to the city, seconded by Commissioner Emery.
