Little League Fields and Softball Complex This item was on the agenda at the October 7th meeting and the Commission resumed discussion. MOTION' Commissioner Seibert moved to recommend to Council that all Kenai City Parks be posted to Prohibit off-road vehicles, seconded by Commissioner Carlson VOTE- Motion passed unanimously b. Little League Fields & Proposed Complex MOTION: Commissioner Seibert moved to recommend to Council that a complex for youth baseball and softball and other recreational programs be built in the area of the old dump site in Section 36. The area should encompass 26 acres to allow for completion of the complex over a period of years. Upon completion the Commission recommends that the present Little League area be considered for an R.V. camper park, seconded by Commissioner McComsey VOTE- Motion passed unanimously PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION October 13, 1986 Page 2 6.
