ITEM 4: NEW BUSINESS
~a) Subdivision Plat - Ron Kiel
The Commission reviewed the plat and made the followin
comments or suggestions: g
1• The half street should be 30' wide.
2. The street to the highway should be 60' wide.
3• Street names based on street naming map,
4• A temporary cul-de-sac at the end of the half street.
Coyle moved and Malston seconded to send the lat to
Borough Planning Administration and go againsp the check-
list for technical evaluation along with the Commission`s
comments. There were no objections and was so ordered.

Malston moved and Elson seconded to a
