Hudson, Nels Kjelstad and Chairman Ron Malston Members absent -James Elson, Ruby Coyle (excused) and AI Cruver ITEM 2: APPROVAL OF MINUTES, OCTOBER 24, 1973 Approved as read. ITEM 3: OLD BUSINESS (a) Pelch Pit It was moved by Hudson, seconded by Nelson to recommend acceptance of the revised Pelch permit to include only Borough parcel 49-04-011. A stipulation for use of this parcel shall include a 200 ft. buffer along the Beaver Loop and 150 ft. buffers along all other adjacent property lines. The use permit will not include land north of the quarter section line between the southeast quarter and northeast quarter. It was the concensus of Commissioner Hudson that the revised permit as described above, would offer the least objection to adjoining property owners. Roll call vote: Kjelstad, no; Nelson, yes, Hudson, yes, Malston, yes. Motion carried. ITEM 4: NEW BUSINESS (a) S/D Plat -Cone Tract A-1 It was moved by Hudson, seconded by Kjelstad to approve Cone Tract A-1 with the stipulation that no further subdividing would take place until an appropriate plan was presented. In addition, spot zoning is not recommended. Motion approved unanimously. (c) Court House Development Plan The Court House development plan was discussed. It was recommended that the plan be turned over to the engineers for technical details. (d) Airport Fencing It was moved by Hudson, seconded by Nelson to approve the preliminary plans for airport fencing with the following exceptions: A. Add a personnel gate on the south side of Falcon Aviation. B. Question the 10 ft. minimum fence post placement. It read 10 ft. maximum. MEETING ADJOURNED 10:30 P.M. Jon M. Nelson, Secretary p
