1. Resolution PZ2024-16 -Granting a Conditional Use Permit to Operate Administrative Offices
Within the Existing Building on the Property Described as Lot 1-A, Vacation & Replat,
Rasmussen Subdivision, Located at 1311 Kiana Lane, Within the Suburban Residential (RS)
Zoning District.
2. Resolution PZ2024-17 - Granting a Conditional Use Permit to Operate a Cabin Rental (i.e.,
Short-Term Rental) of the Existing Single-Family Dwelling on the Property Described as Lot 1,
Block 4, Central Heights Subdivision, Located at 213 Portlock Street Within the Suburban
Residential (RS) Zoning District.
