Ordinance No. 3131-2020 - Amending the Official Kenai Zoning Map by Rezoning a Portion of S1/2 SE1/4 SW1/4 Lying North of K-Beach Road Excluding VIP Country Estates Subdivision Part 5 from Rural Residential (RR) to Limited Commercial (LC).
