PZ08-40 - An application far a for a 15-foot rear setback encroachment for the property known as Lot22, Block 4, Redoubt Terrace Subdivision Addition No. 1 (1514 Stellar Drive). Application submitted by Scott Wehrstein, i 514 Stellar Drive, Kenai, Alaska. b. PZ08-41 - An application far a Conditional Use Permit to hold an outdoor assembly {fair} for the property known as Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Beaver Bluff Subdivision (4736 & 4760 Beaver Loop Road). Application submitted by Katharine A. Pool, P.O. Box 178, Soldotna, Alaska. 6. OLD BUSINESS: a. PZ08-39 - A resolution of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kenai, Alaska, recommending to the Council that KMC 14.20.200 {a) Accessoxy Structures be amended to allow accessory structures in the rear setback and to define one (1) story height. (Note; A motion to adopt Resolution PZ48-39 was offered at the July 9, 2008 meeting and the resolution was then postponed. The motion to adopt is active.) i} Substitute A - PZ08-3 9 - A resolution of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the } City of Kenai, Alaska, recommending to the Council that KMC 14.20.200 (a} Agenda July 23, 2008 Page 2 Accessory Structures be amended to allow accessory structures no larger than two hundred (200) square feet in the rear setback and to define one (1) story height. ii) Substitute B - PZ08-39 - A resolution of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kenai, Alaska, recommending to the Council that KMC 14.20.200 (a) Accessory Structures be amended to allow accessory structures no larger than two hundred (200) square feet with no side or end of the accessory structure longer than sixteen {16) feet unless the Building official grants a waiver for good cause in the rear setback and to define one (1) story height, 7.
