PZ08-39 - A resolution of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kenai, Alaska, recommending to the Council that KMC 14.20.200 {a) Accessoxy Structures be amended to allow accessory structures in the rear setback and to define one (1) story height. (Note; A motion to adopt Resolution PZ48-39 was offered at the July 9, 2008 meeting and the resolution was then postponed.
