ROLL CALL: Members present - Jon Nelson, Al Cruver, Jim Elson,
Nels Kjelstad and Chairman Ron Malston.
Members absent - Ruby Coyle (excused) and A. L. Hudson.
ITEM 2: APPROVAL OF MINUTES DECEMBER 12 1973
PROVAL OF MINUTES, JANUARY 9, 1974
The Minutes of December 12, 1973, were approved as read.
The Minutes of January 9, 1974, were approved as read.
ITEM 3: OLD BUSINESS
(a) G - M S/D - Preliminary Plat
Malston moved for approval of the G - M S/D Preliminary
plat subject to the following conditions:
1. The 10 ft. utility easement be allowed on t~e
of the subdivision and a 20 ft. utility easement
on the alignment of 31st Avenue NE.
2. Allowance for one half of the cul-de-sac on the
southern terminus of 31st Avenue NE on the northern
border of the subdivision.
3. Subject to the nam,i~ng of the streets.
Seconded by Jon Nelson. Passed unanimously.
(b) Borough Land Use Plan
This was not taken up at this meeting.
ITEM 4: NEW BUSINESS
(a) Gilbertson S/D - Preliminary/Final
Kjelstad moved for approval of the Gilbertson S/D - Prelim-
inary/Final granting a temporary waiver of the construction
of Togiak Street north and south. Seconded by Cruver.
Passed unanimously.
(b) Consideration for a future area to be leased in the Kenai
Airport was briefly discussed and will be taken under
consideration at a later date.
