MEMBERS ABSENT: Ren Malston, Jon Nelson, Al Cruver
ALSO PRESENT: George Plavarre
The meeting was brought fi~ order at 7:25 P.M. on April 24, 1974.
The minutes of April 10, 1974 were approved as read, and distrib~-
uted to the members. Nels Kjelstad was appointed by the other
members of the Commission to be acting chairman, in the absence
of the Chairman and Vice Chairman.
ITEM 1: OLD BUSINESS
NO OLD BUSINESS
ITEM 2: NEW BUSINESS
A. Street Vacation - Squire Subdivision
The public hearing was held with the Commission's action
on this. It was moved by Al Hudson, seconded by Jim Elson
that we request a plat showing the entire acreage with the
easements granted to the City.
Additionally, a dotted line showing the previously existing
lot should be indicated on the new plat. This was passed
unanimously, no objections. Mr. Paul Huebner did attend
the public hearing but had no objection to the vacation of
this parcel..
B. Moved by Al Hudson, seconded by Jim Elson that the FAA
Houses located mu the Daubenspeck property be offered for
sale to the highest bidder, to be removed by the- earliest
possible date. There were no objections and passed unani-
mously.
Commission adjourned at 7:45 P.M., possibly record time.
