ROLL CALL: Members present - Ruby Coyle, Nels Kjelstad, Jim Elson,
Jon Nelson, A. L. Hudson and Chairman Ron Malston.
Members absent - Al Cruver
The. Meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman
Malston.
ITEM 2: APPROVAL OF MINUTES, APRIL 24~ 1974
The Minutes of the Meeting of April 24, 1974, were approved
as submitted.
ITEM 3: OLD BUSINESS
~ (a) F.A.A. Housing
Moved by Elson, seconded by Coyle that the building in the
F,A.A. project be used for the Fish ~ Wildlife Service for
their summer service program. Passed unanimously.
ITEM 4: NEW BUSINESS
(a) Building Permit Variance for DIALOG
Mr. Kline, representing DIALOG, was present.
Elson moved that the Planning Commission approve issuing of
a building permit for the addition to the DIALOG trailer,
subject to the condition of the present variance. Seconded
by Coyle. Approved unanimously by the Planning Commission.
(b) Appointment of New Commissioner for Borough
Deferred.
(c) 1974 U~ater ual~t° Mana ement Stud - Kenai Peninsula
Borough - North Kenai - Kenai - Soldotna
Moved by Hudson, seconded by Elson that the Water Management
Study be delayed by the Borough to allow the .City time for
) review and comment. Passed unanimously.
