Members Present: Ron Malston, Al Hudson, Nels Kjelstad
Members Absent: Jon Nelson, Ruby Coyle, Al Cruver, Jim Elson
Also Present: George Navarre, Fred KQrp~:nen
A quorum was not present but a general discussion of the items that
are on the agenda for this evening was conducted.
The members present discussed the Swires Subdivision. No action taken
at this time.
The Inlet Oil and Gas Study was passed around the environmental depart-
ment. No action at this time.
That when a quorum is present that the Dunckley Subdivision be approved
under the following conditions:
That both parties of the lots being rearranged will sign a written
agreement with the City that they will assume assessments for those
~,~ lots as approved at a later date.
Item for New Business:
Gravel Pit: Mr. Navarre pointed out that the location of the proposed
Gravel Pit has been submitted to the Borough Planning Commission and
will be taken up at the next meeting. No action was taken.
