Regular Meeting September 13, 1978
Kenai Public Safety Building 7:00 p.m.

1. ROLL CALL
Present: Phil Bryson, Karen Mahurin, and Ex-Officio
Member Betty Glick
Absent: Cliff Heus, Sol Raymond, Nick Miller, John Monfor
Dwain Gibson
Others: John Wise, City Manager
Chairman Bryson noted that there was not a quorum but said
that the public hearing would be held.
2. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Kenai Municipal District Zoning Code - Resolutions
PZ 78-21 an PZ 78-24
Chairman Bryson opened up the public hearing.
The Commission's secretary noted that no comments had been
received through the mail.
There was no one present for public comments, and the public
hearing was closed.
Due to a lack of a quorum, the meeting terminated at 7:10 p.m.
after the public hearing was held.
