Allen Bishop presented to the Commission a preliminary plan
done by a firm in Seattle.. It showed three phases of planned
development with Phase 1, a building; Phase 2, covered storage;
and Phase 3, an extension of the building. He is also considering

not present such a financial burden on the company at this time.
There was further discussion concerning the type of building,
fuel storage, and the storage area.
John Wise, City Manager, pointed out that if the Planning
Commission agrees with the three phases then building permits
will be issued. If they deviate from those plans, then they
would have to come back before the Commission ,for approval.
Jerry Andrews stated that he did not see any problem with the
plan as submitted.
It was requested by the Commission to attach the plan to the
tentative lease application.
Mr. Bishop pointed out his plans for maintaining security of
the area and will have it fenced.
